- We are looking for the candidates who is having a experience in Residential (luxury) sales with a good stability salary budget is open we are giving a good hike on your CTC .

- The exact location will be NIBM kondhwa pune.

Roles And Responsibilities :


- Dealing with ultra luxury segments

- Working on residential project with good market knowledge.

- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all opportunities and disposition opportunities as they evolve.

- Independently search for potential buyers.

- Create and/or review sales reports and forecasts, and ongoing status reports from prospects and clients.

- Actively builds prospects for new clients and services within the assigned vertical

- Develops and promotes strategies to sell solutions to new and/or existing clients utilizing problem/needs based selling techniques

- Actively promotes value propositions into agreed client base
