Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-5 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of Sales Manager for our client
preferred candidates from Delhi who will shift from here to Mumbai
Working Location- Mumbai
6 Day work from office job
Need Immediate or 15 Days Joiner
Total Experience- 4 to 5 years is required
Job Timing - 10 am to 6:30 pm
Sales Manager required experience from real estate industry / Interior Industry or Any Industry candidate can apply.
B2B sales, Channel Sales, Domestic Sales Experience , Dealing with Builder and Distributor experiences required
Sales Manager - have to be very dynamic should have extensive experience of channel sales.
Channel sales is simply a sales strategy in which a parent company sells products through another company. Depending on the relationship between these companies, the other company is referred to by different names: partner, distributor, affiliate, etc.
Coordinate with dealers and distributors
- Business-to-business (B2B) is a transaction or business conducted between one business and another, such as a wholesaler and retailer.
- B2B transactions tend to happen in the supply chain, where one company will purchase raw materials from another to be used in the manufacturing process.
- Domestic Sales are recognized at the point of dispatch of goods to the customers from factory. Domestic Sales are disclosed net of Value Added Tax, discounts and returns as applicable.
- Domestic Sales are recognized on dispatch of goods, and inclusive of excise duty but are net of sales return and - AT (Sales Tax).
