Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support end to end Real Estate process
- Conduct property search and acquisition for North Region
- Plan & arrange site visits, conduct price negotiations and coordinate with brokers &landlords
- Keep a track on new property requirements, both regionally and nationally
- Work in conjunction with the national team and Finance & Accounts department for rent confirmation, recovery of security deposit & payment of advance rent
- Preparation of security deposit report on a monthly basis
- Manage renewal & termination of lease agreements in coordination with the legal team
- Maintain MIS for Real Estate function, nationally
- Manage database for all lease agreements
What do we require :
- Graduation in any stream
- Work experience in new site acquisition, commercial leasing, warehouse leasing and contracting
- Openness in traveling to different locations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle end to end property closures
