Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-15 yrs)
- The ideal candidate Qualification Should be : Any Graduate (Preferred MBA) with 4+ years of total experience in a real estate & corporate leasing company
Key Requirements :
- Generating New Leads/Referrals through different means to sell Real Estate Projects (Residential and Commercial)
- Organize site visits of Clients at Builder Sites & Business Management of Leasing product portfolio
- Liaise closely with potential present/ prospective key account customers, to understand their needs and identify opportunities for specialized services
- Maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.
- Recognize and establish reliable channel partners/Dealers for deeper market penetration
