- Responsible for Generating Business for the Company

- Able to Meet Sales Target

- Able to Make New Channel Partners for Channel Sales

- Coordinating with Clients as per Company Requirements

- Able to Understand the Products and Services Offered by the Company.

- Able to Deliver Sales Pitches Confidently & Promptly

- Make Efforts to New Channels of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Sales

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Minimum 5 years real estate experience is must

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients

- Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Pleasing Personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines

- Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base
