Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)

Looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate/residential sales and should have proven experience in closing the leads after site visit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strategically foster customer engagement.

- Handle customer visits and execution of site visits scheduled via various sources

- Demonstrating and presenting product, sending the required information to clients

- Negotiation best rate and packages

- Aiming to achieve 100% monthly and annual targets

- Maintaining accurate records

- Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance

- Ensure that the sales department works cross-functionally with executives from other departments. For example, they collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.

- Market survey and competitor

- Follow up with customers who have visited for early closure

REQUIREMENTS :

- Post Graduate Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field

- Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts

- Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service

- Integrity and Trust

- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- Time Management

- Proactive planning and execution

- Strong customer service orientation

- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
