Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)
- Plot and Villa Sales experience is must.
- Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs & requirement, show property to the clients & provide them with information about the features & benefits of the project.
- Determine client's needs & financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Qualification and Skills :
- MBA/Marketing Degree
- Proven experience as a real estate Sales Manager
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Outstanding negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals
