Job Description - Real Estate Managers
Experience- Should have knowledge in Real Estate and Properties with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience
Location- Should be based in Bangalore
Language Proficiency - English and Kannada
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Do regular performance evaluation
- Communicate with teams about their performance
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Achieve target
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Site visits
- Preferably from DSA or Developers
- Tuesday is fixed off
- Working hours- 10 AM to 6 PM
