Job Description:

- Marketing and sale of Apartments/flats Inventory/packages & schemes of our projects planning/construction & hospitality products.

- Manager Sales has to operate at the above mention city, under the instructions of the General Manager Sales in Lucknow head office.

- Manager Sales need to have high self-confidence to achieve the target and should not indulge in any experiment with our marketing system. He should be confident with his marketing abilities and ultimately leading to conversion of sale.

- Manager Sales must possess communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, self and influence professionals, corporate employees and/or tourist ultimately leading to conversion of the sale.

- Manager Sales need to develop its team of Marketing Executive by appointing them from his sources so as to achieve the targets as defined time to time by Lucknow Sales office.

- Carrying out marketing and sale activity among the tourist of Uttaranchal who happens to be our prospective clients.

- Arranging all travelling requirement of the guests and visiting the property along with the clients to ensure that the commitment with the clients are met at all levels right from start to end of the visit.

- Achieve sales targets.

- Customer service/ customer relations - a proactive attitude with the clients is needed & the ability to deal promptly with any issues as and when they arise.

- Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.

- Responsible for safekeeping & recording of all payments from clients.

- Plan and promote new scheme/ program for customers.

Education Background:

- PG/UG in Marketing or equivalent. (Can be relaxed for Applicant having adequate experience in his previous job profile)

- Able to achieve sales targets with previous successful sales experience.

- Confident, friendly, flexible and enthusiastic with a good sense of humor.

- Committed to achieving excellent customer service.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to self-motivate and to work without supervision.

- Experience of team management and staff motivation.

- Marketing Experience of working within the Hotel industry.

- Able to work well under pressure.

- Good team player.

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Good knowledge of common IT programs, including EXCEL, WORD, and email.

- Driving License
