Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Collaborating with clients who are in the market to buy, sell, or rent properties and aggressively pursue new business goals.

- Leasing of commercial / Retail spaces to companies procured by team of surveyors.

- Once a qualified lead is ready to engage, managing the process and producing key sales.

- Providing the companies with after sales services through appropriate interaction.

- Follow ups through telephonic calls/emails/Meetings.

- Reporting on sales activity and sales goals.

Qualification:

- 2-5 yrs related experience commercial Leasing ( Business Development )

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Excellent in MS-Excell

- Presentable in telephonic etiquettes

- Good and clear communication - Hindi and English
