Job Description :
- Capable of interacting with Channel Partners
- Oversee the entire real estate transaction closing process.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, real estate brokers, and other transaction participants to organise closing specifics and guarantee a seamless transaction.
- Create and deliver settlement statements, title pledges, and contracts to each and every party engaged in the closing process.
- Together with all parties concerned, arrange and schedule the closing day and time.
- To guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal rules, keep abreast of real estate laws and regulations.
- Superior interpersonal abilities along with the capacity for independent work
