Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Tricity : Requirement for India's reputed Real Estate company in Navi Mumbai
Work Location : Navi Mumbai (Kharghar/Panvel/Ulwe)
Position : Sales Manager (Real Estate) - Sourcing/Closing Managers
Budget : Up to 9 LPA basis last drawn (Open for Negotiation)
Shift : 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Work Days : 6 days working (Weekoff: Monday/Tuesday)
Education : Minimum HSC
Experience : Minimum 2 to 4 years experience required in real estate (Sourcing or Closing)
Job Description :
- Achieving sales operational objectives by means and methods as approved by the management
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs.
- Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients
- Executing all sales plans to achieve given targets in terms of revenue and market development.
- Conceptualizing, planning & implementing sales promotions activities.
- Maintain an organized database/CRM with prospect and customer information.
Role Requirements :
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal, are crucial for interacting effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Should have worked in Sourcing/Closing
- A strong sales acumen with a track record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proven networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
