- Formulate sales strategies in line with organizations AOP under the guidance of HOD and coordinate with - Consultants / Brokers / Channel Partners to implement the same to achieve targets.-
- Contribute ideas on product differentiation, brief HOD on market changes, competitor activities and recommend changes in strategy to respond to changing conditions.
- Ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key external contacts viz. Consultants / Brokers / Channel Partners and key customers etc., to facilitate business.
- Create the desired brand image for the product in the market by working together with other relevant functions and departments towards this aim.
