Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)

- Managing from allocation of walk-ins at site to the respective team members to the closures and collection of OCR

- Attending walk ins and Closing deals

- Designing monthly Sales plan for the respective site on regular basis

- Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till accomplishment

- Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them

- Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets

- Responsible for revenue forecasting

- Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches

- Managing and up keeping of site in a proper manner

- Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines

- Training team in Closing and giving them proper training, providing proper closing tools to make the sales process easy

- Chair daily meetings at site to keep the updates and report to Vice President Sales

- Responsible for monthly offers and creative payment plans

- Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales

- Organizing Customer events on daily basis to boost sales
