Our client is a well-established firm in the Real Estate industry. For over 50 years, they have been providing esteemed real estate developers with strategic solutions to manage sales and market their projects. With a team of young, passionate and experienced specialists, they are constantly striving towards exponential growth.
In this role as a Sales Manager, you will be providing customers an informative orientation about your assigned project. You will be handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively working on product development to attract clients and generate business.
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the project features
- Explaining the features to the prospective customers in detail
- Discussing their prospects with their Sales Head to ensure they are given right communication
- Following up, negotiating and closing deals with the customers
- Working in close tandem with the Sales Head and achieving sales targets
The Profile :
- You have a Bachelors- Degree from a top-tier institute and have at least 1-2 years experience in Real estate sales.
- You are a strong team player and result driven.
- You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
