Manager - Sales - Real Estate (0-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Selling of Plots, Villas & Apartments to our prospective clients.
- Setting up field visits/ virtual tours of the property with potential clients.
- Providing complete property details & pricing.
- Calling the leads provided by the Marketing team.
- Follow up with the leads on a regular basis.
- Ensuring maximum conversion of leads.
- Help customers with documentation and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining leads & customer data on the CRM.
Requirements :
- Graduation is compulsory.
- 2-4 years of B2C Sales experience
- Candidates preferred from Real Estate, EdTech, Automobile & Finance.
- Fluency in Malayalam & English.
Salary & Benefits :
CTC: 4-6 LPA + Incentives ( up to 2 Lakh/ Month ) (All Sales Managers make an average of 50-75k per month in incentives)
