Leading solar company( OEM) requires Sales Manager ( Project &institutional sales )- Punjab

One of our client a leading solar company which is a Leading Project Developer and EPC solutions company located in Delhi NCR Region dedicated to Solar Rooftop/ Captive Power project solutions for Commercial and Industrial organizations. We have a dedicated team of Designers & Engineers to cater all your technical requirements, and have executed projects of almost 10000+ kWp for various clients. We currently have projects and operations spread over 10 states .

We are a company that pride ourselves on our teams technical and design ability. With this thought we have started a first of its kind Financial Generation Guarantee (FGG). FGG is a program where a bank guarantee is provided to client for ensuring that in case our plants perform below a certain level, the ROI of clients is not hurt. FGG is provided to all our clients till the end of their ROI period, which is typically 3 years. We would be delighted to meet you and present some more information about our company and solar. W are looking for Sales Mgr( Project& institutional sales ) for Punjab region.

2) Role - Sales Manager ( Project & institutional sales)

3) Experience -3- 7 years of relevant experience in project/ industrial sales of similar line of business

4) Location - Punjab

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :

- Depending on the specific position and role, your job will involve some or all of the following

- Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential for rooftop/captive solar projects

- Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.

- Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary. Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyse margins or reasons for lost orders.


- Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.

- Provide/organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.

- Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.

- Work with partners, vendors, company's engineers and program managers to ensure customer's needs are met.
