Job Description :

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Regency Plywood, Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with key clients like OEMs / Furnitures / Kitchens cabinet manufacturing industry / Architects / Interior Designers .

Positions :

Position 1- Should having good sales experience of selling Plywood to OEMs / Furniture and Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing Industry.

Position 2- Should have good sales experience of selling Plywood to Retailers in Mumbai.

Position 3- Should have good sales experience of selling MDF to Retailers, Office Furniture Manufacturing, Photo frame and Toys manufacturing companies.

Position 4- Should have good sales experience of selling imported plywood, finger joint board, shuttering plywood to wholesalers pan India.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and generate sales and expand customer base.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects

- Negotiate rates with customers

- Identify new sales opportunities.

- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services

- Act as the company's representative in the market and gather key marketing information like current demand, new launches.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in the Plywood / MDF / Laminate / Interior grade industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Strong negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel as required
