Manager - Sales Planning - Retail (4-7 yrs)
- Develop financial, sales, inventory plans, ensuring alignment with overall business requirements in the form of annual/ seasonal business plan and OTB plans. Ensure adherence to the business plan to achieve the budgeted NSV, SSPD, Gross Margins, sell through Review and update plan periodically.
- Prepare inventory plan based on retail sales projection pullback non moving stocks and manage dormant inventory by strategic clearance
- Optimize GMROI / GMROF, inventory turns, Full price sell thru%
- To be the definitive source of information about the business performance and oversee MIS availability / design for the business
- Track and validate orders from the stores pan India and work with sourcing to ensure the right stocking of products.
- Analyse movement of various divisions, categories, styles and finally sizes. Check trends and identify fast moving / Slow moving styles.
