Job Description :
- Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Analyze sales statistics.
- Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services.
- Plan and coordinate training programs for sales
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have experience as Sales Manager/ZSM in Pharma industry specially in south India, Chennai.
- Experience in Ortho, Gynae, GP preferable.
- Candidate must be B.Sc/M.Sc with MBA from top institute.
- Min 10-15 yrs of experience in south india pharma
