JD for Sales :
- Should have Good knowledge of Financial products like Personal Loan.
- Candidate should have good Communication skills (Written/Verbal)-Should have good drafting skills which is mandatory
- Needs to understand customer grievances in proper manner and replying henceforth
- Should have ability to handle escalations
- Should have Knowledge of RBI grievance module
- Preferably they should have some work experience in Grievance redressal department on a full time basis in any NBFC/Banks.
