Job description :
Key Responsibility Area :
- Achieve Company targeted business and sales result through effective planning, setting sales goals, developing market penetrating strategies, analyzing performance, and projecting future performance, in the Indian markets as well as neighboring markets.
- Lead and supervise sales team to achieve company's goals with high standard of professional selling and service
- Establish and manage strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners.
- Explore new product, channel and reseller / referral partnership and new avenues of revenue generating deals and offerings.
- Identify new sales and product opportunities and develop new prospect key account leads.
- Manage key business deals and tenders, and commercial negotiations and effectively work with related parties
- Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing key account clients.
- Recruit sales people, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Participate and support other business initiatives as initiated by management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, MBAs, B-School Graduates or related discipline
- Passionate, Aggressive & Determined is the most important criteria to join the organization
- Strong management skill and be able to drive revenue and growth of the organization
- Strong business acumen, innovative and with a passion to success
- Candidates having experience with payment gateway services / payment aggregators/industry will be an added advantage.
