Manager - Sales Operations - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We're looking for Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
- Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
- Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses
- Conduct industry research and trends analysis
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
- Gain an understanding of clients insurance-related needs
Qualification:
- Any graduate
- Age: 22 to 38 years
- Must be local candidate
- Min. 2 years exp. In insurance sales
