Job Summary :


- A highly motivated and experienced Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) Manager is needed to join our team. The OTA Manager will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and overseeing the management of all OTA sales channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the online travel agency industry, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key duties and responsibilities :


- Manage organizational sales at various levels.


- Create strategic plans to extend the sales reach of the organization and execute the plans to grow the customer base.

- Setting up sales quotas for sales teams and ensuring that the quota is met or exceeded.

- Oversee the management of all OTA sales channels, including Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, and other relevant OTAs.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

- Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with OTA partners.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

- Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor performance and measure results.

- Monitor the output of sales representatives and guide the representatives to achieve sales allocations for optimal growth.

- Track and analyze competitor activity and pricing.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.

- Figuring out the gaps between teams and providing them with the necessary resources to meet those gaps is also the duty of a sales manager.

- Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.

- Implementing the company's sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions.

- Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals.

- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads.
