Manager - Sales - Oil/Gas & Energy Sector (7-12 yrs)
Job Description:
1. As the Sales Manager you will take responsibility for the company's existing sales team business within UAE, Oman. The role will involve both managing the sales team and the marketing of products through Principal OEM partnerships
2. The company has an excellent reputation and therefore requires an entrepreneurial individual who can successfully create new business, develop existing accounts and maximize commercial relationships
3. Must be an experienced Oil & Gas sector Sales Manager, used to operating through local distributors and dealers with commercial and marketing expertise
Must have sales channel development experience in Oil & Gas, Energy and Utilities sector
4. Must have demonstrable experience of creating and executing industry specific business strategies, planning and market assessments
5. Demonstrable experience in creating/opening new markets and new channels
6. Good technical aptitude with the ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
7. Ability to negotiate effectively at all levels when selling
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead sales teams in products/services-based companies
9. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated individual looking for a career within a progressive, expanding company.
Qualification :
B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) and also possibly a post graduate qualification or proven industry experience.
Experience :
Experience 8-10 years in managing the sales pillar. Good exposure of market in Oil & energy sector in GCC region.
