Manager - Sales - Offline Channel - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

- Candidate will be responsible for co-ordination with all our Distributor Partners, Area Sales Manager and Sales executives. Key responsibilities would involve :

- Coordination with National Sales Head and Regional Sales Head for daily update

- Smooth operation and dispatches of offline orders with internal teams

- Overlooking Visibility, promotion and packaging materials for offline retail Stores

- Monitoring sales executive team and their DSR

- Market Visits to see placement and overall off take

- Helping Area Sales Manager in creating Systems and Processes for Sales Team for better Product Placements.

- Preference for people who have worked in the same chocolate and confectionery or any other food company for Offline Retail.

- Nova Nova is a Food D2C brand in the Sweet snacking space. The company was established in 2014 and known as Waffle House before being rebranded to Nova Nova in 2021. Over the past couple of years, Nova Nova has launched multiple new and innovative products in the chocolate and confectionery category through Digital Channels such as their own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms such as Instamart, Zepto and Blinkit. Nova Nova is now looking to expand it's distribution offline as well with presence in over 1000 retail outlets across India already.

- Nova Nova is backed by multiple institutional consumer funds and is growing rapidly over the past couple of years. It is now looking to build a team who are passionate about food, consumer business and building the next new age FMCG brand out of India.
