Manager - Sales - NBFC (4-6 yrs)
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Sourcing - Would be responsible for sourcing business from DST and DSA for the Geography. (HL -Would be responsible for developer relations and penetration) Quality of sourcing - Will be responsible for right profit mix and product mix
- Insurance penetration - will be responsible for penetration of Insurance. customer service(Will be responsible for customer satisfaction and periodic surveys of customers)
- Recruitment ( Need to have the right team members )
- Training the team on product , sales , credit parameter & checklist
- After sales service ( customer coming for after sales work )
- Cross sell ( Through Gold branches)
- Will be for marketing and sales promotion activities
- Will be responsible for the productivity
- Coordination with bank credit teams
- Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience : 4 to 6 years
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
