Sales Manager - Advisory for leading NBFC (Deals on Nasik of secured & unsecured loan for an education sector) based out of Bangalore location with 2-4 years- experience in Sales in Financial Services / BFSI / Consulting / Education / MFI / LAP / Mortgages / SME loans,Experience as a project manager, Team player,Advisory Services team's client work, including defining project scope, authoring project plan, managing and engaging with wide-ranging clients and stakeholders, collecting and analyzing data, authoring client presentations.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Varthana is looking for a seasoned, motivated Sales and Relationship Management professional with experience in the consulting or finance sector. The candidate will both lead frontline sales for our new and growing Advisory Services team and support project work with our dynamic team of consultants and education experts. This is a unique position that requires a blend of experience in both sales and project management.

- The candidate will also be excited about working with affordable private schools, fluent in English and the local language (with special consideration for additional regional languages), and well versed with the local geography of the location.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :


- Visit schools and other educational institutions and achieve business targets of product offerings sold


 - Build a long lasting relationship with clients 


- Manage all product offering documentation, including service agreement and invoice creation


 - Supports the Advisory Services team's client work, including defining project scope, authoring project plan, managing and engaging with wide-ranging clients and stakeholders, collecting and analyzing data, authoring client presentations, and ensuring use of proper knowledge management practices 


- Conducts qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing and formalizing findings into compelling presentations for both internal and external initiatives


PREFERRED PROFILE : 


- High performer with 2-4 years- experience in Sales in Financial Services / BFSI / Consulting / Education / MFI / LAP / Mortgages / SME loans / Used Auto Loans / CV Loans


 - Experience as a project manager in a high volume business environment


 - Knowledge of English and the local language; good communication skills 


- Working knowledge of computers and office programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc. 


- Graduate / Post Graduate (Science/Commerce) from a reputed institute 


- Basic knowledge of finance


 - Team player
