- Develop agents through coaching, training, team management support etc
- Drive agents and advisors team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum Experience 2-5 years should be from GI Industry, from Motor Dealer DSA background
- Good Communication Skills
- Graduate in Any Stream
- Good at MS Office
