Job Description:
Ravi Home Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Maharashtra region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Work closely with existing Dealers and increase the market share and also develop new Dealers in the assigned territory.
- Identify and evaluate market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Maharashtra market is a plus.
