Manager - Sales - Modern Trade - FMCG (3-7 yrs)
Qualification : masters (preferred)
- Modern Trade Manager, you will be responsible for leading the pan India modern trade, and regional modern trade sales of the company along with quick-commerce.
What you will do in Dmart or other stores :
- Strategizing with Senior Management and executing sales strategy/roadmap to expand modern trade distribution of the brand
- Handling and negotiating with key accounts, channel partners as a representative of the brand
- Designing and executing sales promotion, merchandising and other marketing activities
- Being responsible for P&L for modern trade channels.
- Setting targets in sales growth and ROI for MT & quick-commerce and achieving the same
- Developing and leading team of merchandisers, sale promoters etc
Skills :
1. Proficiency in verbal and written English
2. Prior experience in handling pan India and regional modern trade retail chains
3. Experience in negotiating for TOT in modern trade
4. Adept at MS Office and data analysis using SFA apps and MS Excel
5. Leadership capabilities
6. Willingness and ability to work with Senior Management and Founder's team.
