Manager - Sales - Mobile App Startup (4-8 yrs)
Position : Manager Sales
Job Location : Gurgaon
Mission : Owns and runs the complete sales machine
What will you do :
- Managing a team of Sales Consultants, FEs & JEs
- Achieve the given monthly & quarterly targets
- Motivating the team towards achieving company goals & objectives
- Hiring & Training the team whenever required
- Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
- Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer
- Increasing the customer satisfaction in terms of services they are using
What you will need :
- Graduate/MBA from a well recognized institute
- Min 4-5 yrs. exp in B2C sales and managing a highly goal oriented sales team
- Should be self motivated & target driven
- Effective Leadership & team handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tech Savvy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic & Aggressive
- Ambitious to achieve results in life
