Experience: 10 years of project sales experience and a proven track record of dealing with road contractors, PWD officers, and government departments
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in project sales, specifically in the Metal Beam Crash Barriers field. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of project sales experience and a proven track record of dealing with road contractors, PWD officers, and government departments like NHAI. This position requires a candidate who can work remotely and is willing to oversee the entire South India region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Metal Beam Crash Barriers in South India.
2. Build relationships with road contractors, PWD officers, and government departments to secure projects and contracts.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
4. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide customer product expertise.
5. Prepare and submit project proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
7. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate with an MBA in Marketing.
- Previous experience in project sales, particularly in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Bitumen products and road marking paints is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional languages of South India.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work from a home office.
- Residence or willingness to relocate to Hyderabad for the headquarters location.
