Manager - Sales - Medical Textiles (5-7 yrs)
1. To plan sales and marketing efforts for sales of medical textiles across hospitals and institutions
2. Develop marketing material for engaging with doctors
3. Get orders, follow up with factory for timely dispatch and payment processing.
4. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with business team at HO
5. Build a team for executing a sales plan.
6.Supervising the work of junior staff & organizing relevant training sessions
7. Develop & maintain comprehensive project plans, report progress through periodic status updates, and phase gate reviews.
8. Be knowledgeable of cost breakdowns and what-if costing scenarios to propose alternative development options to hit cost and margin targets for the best possible maneuverability of designs and production.
