Manager - Sales & Marketing - Solar Connectors (8-16 yrs)
Job Title: AM/Dy. Manager-Sales & Marketing (Solar Connectors)
Job location- Delhi (North India Region) & Mumbai (West India Region)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our company as a AM/Dy. Manager-Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales and marketing initiatives, build and maintain customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team for product/service enhancements.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and assistance when needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech- Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Solar Connectors OR Solar product , Renewable Industry.
- Strong technical background and understanding of relevant products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required for customer visits, trade shows, and conferences.
