Job Description :
- She will help in further taking up the leads from direct superior.
- Team member and contributor for key customer and prospect. Develop field action plans, sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining a high level relationship with all the Builders, designers, customers, prospects to effectively identify opportunities and close transactions.
- Make sales calls to uncover construction projects in the earliest stages. Build a strong pipeline of prospective projects in the territory.
- Communicate the CUBS service needs and ensure CUBS captures as much sales success as possible
- Understand CUBS competition, and suggest strategic moves to win more business for CUBS
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the designing Team.
- Determine the client's requirements for the project
- Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.
- Managing vendors, execution - experience in site management with knowledge of reading drawings
Assist in Marketing activities :
- Understand the client's design needs and guide the concept creation process.
- Prepare final designs, using computer applications - Auto CAD, Ms Office
- Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
- Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied
- Monitor design process from Design conception/preparation of drawings & BOQs/material selections /vendor coordination to ensure the consistency of Design is maintained and executed.
