- Experience in handling team of 15 to 30 members. Best match with good experience in Retail sector/ Residential sales/private & Investment banking.

- Accomplish the marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.

- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing changes.

- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market

- Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales

- Stay up-to-date on current market trends

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections

- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Collaborate with marketing team to innovatively reach more potential customers

- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition

- Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team- provide motivation and inspiration

- Should be able to fix the meetings with the corporate to get the sales.

- If the person has experience in residential sales (Plot sales) will be an added advantage.

- Should monitor the team very closely &able to reach the set team target.

Qualification/MBA in Marketing from premier institutes.
