- Handing of queries of walk in clients and through telephone and emails
- Increasing and maintaining broker base adding new brokers to existing channel by visits and tele conversation.
- Sales & Marketing of new launched & existing Commercial & residential project of Different developer.
- Identify prospective clients generate business from the existing, thereby achieve business targets.
- Motivating brokers for additional business through various incentive schemes.
- Sales and marketing of new launch & existing commercial projects
- Pitching product according to customers need.
- Handling of queries of walk in clients and through telephone and emails
- Minimum 5 years' experience into commercial projects sales
