Job Description
- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets through effective planning and budgeting
- Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Generating new sales opportunities for the organization through various marketing activities such as kiosks at corporate hubs, tie-ups with brokers/agencies, etc.
- Managing the customer sales life-cycle end-to-end from lead generation to deal closing & property hand-over to customer.
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel
- Engaging and maintaining healthy relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Highly values relationships with customers by providing continuous support, information, and guidance
- Shares valuable insights on pricing, industry, market and competition
