Job Details:
- Preferably from Bitumen Manufacturing Industries, stromg Interpersonal skills
- Budgeting the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques targeting potential customers and assessing opportunity for sales attending meeting with potential customers and selling product offering
- Establishing developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationship reach potential customers through cold calling
- Improve credit realization liasion with CRRI PWD CPWD mcd and other government
- Result oriented department maintaining data in terms of market comptitions
- Need to look after all northern Region keeping customer updated projects information
- Analytical creative thinking presentation and motivational skill long term relationship
- Forecasting and business strategies to ensure the sale and profitability of products
- Comprehensive knowledge of domestic bitumen market knowledge of petroleum industry and products cement Industry/ construction chemicals
- Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunity for sales analyzing competitor activities in region and assessing opportunity for business development networking with various Government dept and other clients for business generations
Desired Candidate skills:
- Looking for fast growth in a sales environment and willing to work hard
- Preference will be given MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute or University
- Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong command over English
- Keen to work hard and have a zest for learning
- Eye for detail and comfortable working with processes and technology
- Ability to think quickly and come up with practical solutions for fine tuning sales processes and maximising business
Education:
Graduate and MBA/ PG in any specialization
