Position Overview:

The Sales Executive at IPSC - Pain & Spine Hospital is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive, energetic, and persuasive individual with a strong understanding of healthcare services and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referring physicians, and potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate New Business :

a. Identify and target potential referring physicians, healthcare facilities, and organizations to promote IPSC services.

b. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new patients and partnerships.

c. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Relationship Management:

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.

b. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

c. Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient referrals and care coordination.

3. Promotion and Marketing:

a. Create and execute marketing plans and promotional activities to increase IPSC's visibility within the community and among healthcare providers.

b. Attend healthcare conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent IPSC and foster partnerships.

4. Sales Metrics and Reporting:

a. Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in line with the hospital's strategic objectives.

b. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and outcomes.

c. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.

5. Compliance and Ethical Standards:

a. Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

b. Uphold the hospital's reputation for high-quality patient care and integrity in all interactions.
