Manager - Sales & Marketing - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We have urgent openings for the position of Branch Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in the Agency Vertical.
Job Description:
- The Sales Manager team will be responsible for recruiting the Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team.
- Coordinate the regulatory training
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Any graduation
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Age: 22 to 38 years
- CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
