- Senior Sales And Marketing Manager

- Hiring for a leading software development company specializing in cutting-edge solutions for the betting, gaming, and financial industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing PPC campaigns, and establishing a strong online presence to expand our reach in the market.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads from target industries, including Betting Companies and Casinos, Crypto Token Owners, Financial Firms, Leagues and Teams, Media Companies, and Brands interested in sports engagement.

PPC Campaign Management : Plan, implement, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive relevant traffic and conversions.

Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

Online Presence : Enhance the company's online presence through various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Partnerships and Alliances : Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's network and strengthen market positioning.

Sales Strategies : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Brand Awareness : Develop and implement branding initiatives to increase brand awareness and recognition within the target industries.

Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyse marketing and sales performance metrics regularly and provide reports to management for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets in the software or technology industry.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in lead generation, PPC campaign management, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Familiarity with the target industries: Betting, Gaming, Financial Firms, Sports Leagues, Media Companies, and Brands.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Previous experience working with software products or services related to the target industries will be an advantage.
