Manager - Sales & Marketing - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Role Summary : Identity, recruit and build a team of Agency partners and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis, as per the standards laid down by the organization from time to time
Roles & Responsibility :
- Recruit Agency Partners and advisors
- Daily update about the status of business and applicability in the contest
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings
- Set sales targets and motivate a sales team
- Assist managers in sales strategy development
- The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 2,75,000- 4.50.000 per year
