We're looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to help us expand our client base. They will be the company's public face, and they will be dedicated to creating and implementing a successful sales plan.

Job Description:
- Set sales goals, track progress against them, and make adjustments as needed.
- Examine current team processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and put them in place.
- Keep track of sales and revenue
- Provide dependable feedback and after-sales assistance.
- Create a team climate that is both competitive and collaborative.
- Provide accurate and detailed sales estimates
Candidate Requirement:
- Age: 24 to 38 years old
- Requires qualification
- Strong oral communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
