Positions and Responsibilities :

- Choosing and overseeing a team of financial advisors and agents.

- Pay attention to the manager's monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Ideal Profile :

- A degree or an MBA.

- 1+ year of experience in a comparable position, preferably in sales and marketing and financial services

A bonus would be to have the Broker Qualified certification

- Deep comprehension of the business environment. Excellent knowledge of insurance products.

- The capacity to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable programmers. powerful presentation abilities.

Consumer Assistance :

- Make sure customers receive timely and appropriate communications (policy and product information) and address any complaints they may have.

- Assist customers in settling claims in accordance with policy commitments; on an individual basis, represent customer claims to the underwriting team.
