Job Description :
- Manage opportunities for new market entries in emerging and international markets
- Develop, support and execute Marketing programs for International units
Business Responsibility Areas :
- Work along with internal and external stakeholders, consumers for conducting market research and build marketing plans for our International units
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for International units
- Support and build capabilities at local level for units
- Take responsibility of supporting execution of marketing initiatives
- Work along with the units for increasing the overall market share & mindshare
- Explore new countries and assess their macroeconomic factors for conducting business,paint industry and market potential
- Integrate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, taxation etc for their inputs in preparing the business plan
Qualifications :
Desired : MBA from a reputed Institution (Tier1 or Tier2)
