Manager - Sales & Marketing - FMCG - Only Female Candidates

We are hiring for one of our clients (1 cr gifting company) who are a not-for profit organization that trains farmers to bee keep and addresses livelihood diversification, agricultural productivity and improved income. (Founded in 2009)

Job Description:

1. Build, Manage & promote a sales channel by executing marketing campaign & coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth facilitation.

2. Develop, retain & manage clients and co-brand w/ other similar businesses to increase cross-selling

3. Spearheading the gifting channel to promote their product as a gifting option.

4. Pursuing contacts for corporate and individual gifting.

5. Executing marketing campaigns to promote their product as a gifting option.

6. Co-ordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure smooth facilitation of the gifting orders.

7. Client management: Conceptualizing individual gifting orders with personal branding and packaging options; ensuring timely payments from clients.

8. Co-branding with other gifting partners to increase cross-selling.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Should be from FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry only

2. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills

3. Should have 3-7 years of experience in sales of premium or luxury products or service

4. Education should be Graduate or post graduate in any field

5. Only women candidates

6. An ideal candidate should display a certain maturity and emotional intelligence

7. Personality Traits: taking up challenges, enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated

8. Communication: clear and continuous, build and maintain customer relationships,

9. Sales: negotiating, persuasion, exploration, should never give-up, profitability
