Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the fan and electronics industry. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market trends in the fan and electronics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the fan and electronics industry.

2. Sales Management:

- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

3. Marketing Initiatives:

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and positioning for fan and electronics products.

4. Product Development:

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the fan and electronics industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
