Job Description : Sales and Marketing Manager - Dental Implants
- As a Sales and Marketing Manager for our dental implants division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing activities while ensuring the achievement of business targets. Your responsibilities will include promoting our range of dental implants, organizing promotional initiatives, conducting sales presentations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and dental community. Your strategic thinking and expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our products in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage sales and marketing efforts, with a strong focus on meeting business targets.
- Promote our range of dental implants and educate clients on their usage and benefits.
- Plan and execute promotional programs, sales presentations, and advertising campaigns to effectively introduce and launch new products.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, medical professionals, hospitals, and private service dentists.
- Network with relevant parties to maintain accurate stock levels at dental clinics, institutions, hospitals, and dental colleges.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies, including setting ambitious targets, to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
- Strong academic background with a consistent performance of 55% and above throughout all academic years.
- Any Graduate degree, with a preference for candidates with a background in Dental Surgery and comprehensive knowledge of dental implants.
- A degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma/M. Pharma/D. Pharma) is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques, including strategy development, sales forecasting, and relationship building.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and work effectively in a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Package : 3-5 Lac (negotiable, based on current salary and experience).
